    Live Support for FrontierVille

    Does anyone know if live support for FrontierVille even exists? I sent in a ticket and still haven’t gotten any response but the generic email I got in the beginning. I have been looking for Live Support for 5 days now and cannot find it. I wouldn't care if it was about Chocolates but I am missing 37 Horseshoes that I didn't spend in the market--I wouldn’t complain but they were not part of my free ones. So if anybody knows how to get in touch with Live Support please let me know.

    Live support does exist, when it pops up. I get some information from Zinga people, they say: “The reason we don't see it all the time is it only appears while there is actually somebody on the other end. If no one is available, it doesn't appear (as you'd end up talking to yourself.) My experiences with customer support have varied, depending on the problem. If it’s a wide spread problem, it tends to take them a little bit longer to get back to you (I have had responses in hours, days and weeks, depending as I said.) But I have never had them not reply, ever. They all the time have, it just took awhile sometimes. If you send multiple tickets, that doesn't help. It all goes to the same area (if by the similar person) but puts you further down the line. So if you submit Saturday, do not reset so you will be in line sooner than those who submit Sun and Mon. If you resend on those days, it re-dates your submission as then.”

    I've never seen live support. The customer support submitting tickets doesn't work on Firefox, but it works on Google Chrome for me. I just had a trouble a few days ago that the 3 thorns I harvested didn't count, but the thorns have been gone. It was a well known trouble and there was a thread in the insect section. I don't know if I got a quick solution because I posted the problem in the bug thread or by submitting a ticket. Anyway I got a solution within a day and this was the just positive experience about CS, all other times I only got automated replies. So I think it is about the problem you submit whether you get a quick answer or it takes forever for them and if so the replies are automated telling you how to play the game which is annoying if you play since long time.

    The way I get to live support is by going through a link for live support for Farmville. I then ask them to redirect me to FrontierVille live support. I have done this several times, no matter what time of the day, and I all the time get through 100% of the time. Just load FrontierVille, after that at the bottom click support. One time you do that, change the address bar. You will be connected to somebody in Farmville chat, just tell them to send you over to FrontierVille live chat. They usually are happy to oblige.

    Live support is like Bigfoot - people have seen it, and occasionally interacted with it, but it's an elusive creature. I have been helped twice by live support, but haven't been able to refresh the support page enough to get a live human in the previous month. Emails get responded to about 5 days later than I send them, generally with a nonsensical response that makes it apparent that they are outsourcing to Mars or Alpha Centauri. The majority of the problems have resolved by the time I get an email from them, but they persist in ignoring my stuck horseshoe pit 10/11, which has not changed in months, regardless of ringers made.

    Here I am must say something. I don’t know what other people thoughts about this, but Honestly, I have not at all had a trouble with Customer Service. I always get a response back and a solution to the problem I am asking about. I know once there was a bit of back and forth before they could help but I think that might have been with Farmville. I got on Live Support once and within minutes she solved my problem and was super nice to boot!

    i went to ask gor granted for the blacksmith shop and instead it bought 54 horseshoes worth of them i did approve it and now i cant buy anything,i buy my horseshoes and reall y need help,i have way to many neighbors to have to buy them ,new cow came out and was goin to buy one to help out with japan ,but still havent been notified with my horseshoes return plz help me
