Disable the firewall in Vista
Click on Start (logo at the bottom left of your screen)
- Choose a classic display (top left)
- Open Windows Firewall
- After click Enable or disable Windows Firewall
- Thereafter the User Account Control of Windows will block your screen and you display a window and you must click on Continue
- Check the box next to Disable (not recommended)
- Click on Apply and then click OK (all at the bottom of the window)

- Click "Change Settings".
