I think in this particular situation TCP/IP stack is being corrupted. Now question is how to solve the corruption of TCP/IP stack? Well it’s very simple you have to use following instruction.- You have to launch the command prompt by clicking on Start menu and go to Run where you have to enter CMD and press enter.
- Now copy paste the following command on the Command prompt and press enter.

netsh int ip reset reset.log
Well this command will make Reset TCP/IP stack as it was in installation defaultsNow copy paste the following command on the Command prompt and press enter.

netsh winsock reset catalog
This will make Reset WINSOCK entries as it was in installation defaults.Now restart your computer. I am hoping that it will help you to solve the issue
