Well looking at the situation I think mailbox is corrupted. Well to fix this issue you have to download mailbox on your computer. Basically in this situation you have to download either POP3 or IMAP mailboxes on your computer. Make sure that it includes SSL in mailboxes which ever you downloading. I am hoping that it will help you to solve the issue. Let me know whether it was helpful or not.

Looking at the situation I am unable to discover the root cause of the problem. It will be helpful if you provide the answers of the following questions. Well let me know username and password for the POP, IMAP and SMTP for your email address. It is possible that there is an issue with your email address itself. Also post Port numbers and Hostnames for POP, IMAP and SMTP which you are using currently. Answer the above mentioned questions and post here so that I can suggest you further steps to solve the matter.

Well as far as I know you don’t require any password while you send emails however you must have password while you receive password. Obviously intended user can only access the mails. Well password is set up when you create an email account over the Internet Service Provider. Well I am suggesting you that you should check the settings of send and receive e-mails. If you are using POP3 then make sure that the spelling of the both the incoming mailserver and your email address are correct.

I was having the same problem which you have been posted earlier. Well in my case the password of the account was corrupted due to some reason. I have done lots of research to overcome the situation and finally I have solved the problem. Well you have to go to Tools from where you have to go for Options and now click on Security. Here you have to click on Saved passwords. Now you have to delete the password which is being used for incoming mails. I am hoping that it will help you to solve the problem.
