Dazzle DVC100 wont install

My girlfriend just recently bought me a Dazzle DVC100 recorder to record some Xbox 360 footage. However, the disk that contains the software keeps failing to download. I have a Windows XP Service Pack 3, and I don't understand what the problem is. Thanks for listening.

If you have any Pinnacle Dazzle Platinum program currently running then uninstall it and reboot your computer. Now copy all the content of the cd which contains Pinnacle Dazzle Platinum program to any of your drives. Now try to install the program from there. Once the installation is complete, reboot your computer once again. You can now install the recorder with the help of Add New Hardware. Follow the wizard for help.

Yes but it WON'T even install. It tells me that I need to download 1 thing before I can begin installment. I select ok, and it tells me that the install failed. If i continue, Windows installer says it cant download either. If i dont continue download, it closes the installer. >_>

The reason why it is now showing because your computer did not detect it. If your Windows operating system is windows xp 64 bit then go ahead and download the driver in here. www.pinnaclesys.com then click on support, download/Studio and dazzle hardware for windows xp.
