College squid enforces file size limits for downloads!!

My college admin put a limit on the file size for downloads.The limit is somewhere around 100 mb.That means I can download 10 files each of 99 MB but not a single file which is larger than 100 MB.And I need to download a single 650 MB file.I am not really good at this stuff,I just tried using proxies and none of them work except for one but it is too slow (64 KBps as opposed to 40 MBps without using it).So my question is,is there any program or a piece of code which fools the server by downloading the 650 mb file in parts less than the allowed file size or something like that?

Well, I guess you will have require full access to the network and only then you can download the stuffs that you need and also breaking into someone's network is illegal.

I am not breaking into someone's network! I am talking about my college's proxy server which we have access to.The only problem is that there's a limit to the maximum size of a file that can be downloaded which is set at 100 MB.I need to download a 650 MB game which I could have done if it had come in parts of 100 MB files but it is a single file instead and so it is being blocked by the proxy server.Is there any way to get through this?
