Obviously a good domain name provides a great deal of value for your organization.Registering your domain name is no longer a luxury. There are many services on the web where you can create your own web site and host it for free. There's no reason not to have your own domain name, and there are plenty of reasons why it's a good idea. The very first reason of domain should have its own domain is Cost. The cost of registering one has become incredibly cheap that virtually any blogger can afford to get one.A blog on third party platform is normally free, while hosting/domain renewal cost are the basic expenses for a blog on its own domain.

Than comes the Freedom and Security. However blog under a subdomain is free you are required to comply to the long list of requirements imposed by your site administrator.Failure to comply could mean suspension of your blog. Having your own domain name gives you one more freedom. And your responsibility is also reduced to only your host, and readers.

Better monetization is the biggest advantage to a blog on its own domain to have. Since you can customize in any case, you can monetize it in many different and better ways. In addition the monetization options on free websites are non-existent or very limited especially if your URL is long and ugly looking. Also using your keyword in your domain name is giving you an opportunity to advertise to people and entice them to click on your link. When people see what your website is all about, they will immediately more credibility and recognition to adapt as the what they need. So you 'll be able to drive more traffic to your site just by having your display URL to float.
