I think it might be your computer internet at that point of time have been lost And you have thought that you are not able to access the mail account.. I will recommend you to clear the cookies & temporary internet files & might will solve your problem...

If you are using some particular type of browser then try to accessing it with some different browser may be able to work on it. Actually try it & tell what happens as firstly need to recognize that what the problem is.

If you are able to work on different browser then i will suggest you to download & remove the old version browser or reinstall the browser you accessing... I hope this will make work for you...!
