How to protect email account

Hi,
I have a Yahoo Email account 6 months old. I am figuring out that someone is manipulating my account. My id's are being hacked by any other user. I think this can be due to virus. My system has infected with trojan. Hackers are hacking my mail account. I need appropriate solution for stopping this. I have some personal information and important data. I am also getting lots of junk mails. Everyday mails disappear from my account.

The best thing you can do is to change the security question which you get when you create a account. The same can be changed by clicking on options at the upper right corner on the Yahoo web page. Some more you can add is to change your personal details to make it more secure. Delete all junk mails and report Yahoo about the mails so that it can be blocked.

If you change the passwords regularly then you can be more secure. It is possible that some people might know your ID and password. You can use alphanumbers. Add your name with mobile number to make more secure. On which ever computer you are logging clear the browsing history so that the saved content can be deleted.

There are three ways by which your mail account is hacked. The first is called Trapping. This means when you loose a password or using a simple password. Second is Web Spoofing. Under you provide details about your mail account accidentally. And the last one is accessing mails in cybercafes. Keep changing at regular intervals and report to Yahoo if found such things.
