Dell Inspirion 1545 Admin Bios Password?

Hey so I have been reading through a lot of threads here and none of them have really helped me much. I have a Dell Inspirion 1545 and all of the boot devices are disabled and i cannot change this because there is an Admin Bios Password set. I was given this from a friend and it worked before that but Dell wont help me saying that I am not the owner and they no longer have support for my model. Can anyone help?

I dont know if It will help but the Service Tag is 9MT9WJ1 and the Express Service Code is 20970467821 and the system number it gives me when i try to put in a password is 9MT9WJ1-595B
