Nokia 500 not ringing when connect to the car kit

Hi guys I have recently acquired this device and I like to shat this I one nice device that I am using except one thing even though its look like it is connected to in car Bluetooth system, It won’t ring all the way through the system or on the headset, is there something that I am doing wrong some missing hitting a button or switch somewhat over. Please help I would be really glad if anyone here help me on this

That is really odd can you tell me Which car kit are you utilizing, did you also check whether the Nokia 500 well-suited with your car kit I thing Nokia 500 is not support you car kit hence you are facing this problem
