    Keypad Input keys not working on BlackBerry BOLD 9000

    I buy this BlackBerry BOLD 9000 smartphone in last month and within one month its input key not working properly. Such keys are Alt, Cap, Q, and Mute. When I try to press this key, there is not any action performing it on the smartphone. Can anybody also faced such issue, and then please suggest me best solutions to fix this complex issue. I have examined all the research so far as it is, and exercise all possible posted methods to fix this ongoing issue. I’m waiting any helpful response.

    It explain that moisture damage multiple times on your device. also human behavior is responsible for it. If your smartphone keypad touched with water, moisture gives problem on this smartphone. In that case, you need to first clean all the internal particles of the phone. For doing this process, just try to remove battery after turn off phone. Then dry your smartphone in a warm condition. This is well for your phone and after finishing this cleaning process, attach battery and turn on power. This will be work to fix your keys not working problem.

    There is not any such kind of things happen with this phone. I’m sure that this is not moisture problem. I need other solution that work to fix these complicated troubles. Can replacing the keyboard fix the issue? Need some help which fix this issue?

    In this case, one solution is being replacing the keypad of smartphone. QWERTZ keyboard‎ is present on your BB Bold 9900 smartphone. Few sellers have provided such facility to do this task, you can use this facility and check that this will be fixing your problem or not.

    Check that the Input Language of your mobile phone is set properly. If you didn’t look it then visit Options menu and hit Language. Test the language setting is set properly. Setting language to as per demand is being helpful to get proper result from this QWERTZ keyboard. If this will be work, there is no need to replace your keypad. Hence try to do this task and check what result arrives on this smartphone. This is well for you and checks its valuable result on your phone.

    You can also use the warranty card and replace your smartphone. This is well for you and in this process, there will be not required any extra money for fixing this issue. As per you mentioned you buy it in last month. Hence it is in warranty period. You can also replace this smartphone with new one. This is well for you to get new phone which doesn’t contain such issues.
