Keypad Input keys not working on BlackBerry BOLD 9000

I buy this BlackBerry BOLD 9000 smartphone in last month and within one month its input key not working properly. Such keys are Alt, Cap, Q, and Mute. When I try to press this key, there is not any action performing it on the smartphone. Can anybody also faced such issue, and then please suggest me best solutions to fix this complex issue. I have examined all the research so far as it is, and exercise all possible posted methods to fix this ongoing issue. I’m waiting any helpful response.

Check that the Input Language of your mobile phone is set properly. If you didn’t look it then visit Options menu and hit Language. Test the language setting is set properly. Setting language to as per demand is being helpful to get proper result from this QWERTZ keyboard. If this will be work, there is no need to replace your keypad.
