Nokia c6 frequently hang up

Two day ago, I just make use of functions in my Nokia phone, and honestly saying that I am not able to use it happen a numerous hangs the phone and that time I have only one option remove the battery and re plug it. Sometimes I am not able to do a switch off my phone also. So someone help me in finding the solution for this asap.Edited by nokia. That why I want to make a highlight that need some discussion about nokiaC6. And also nokia is launch another phone is nokia C6-01 it may be having same problem on that model

I really disappointed from these phone I purchase NokiaC6 which around 2 week are left and the phone disturbing me again and again I have the same problem on phone because it a hangup frequently. So any solution get then let me know.

Fine a lot of the customers have faced this trouble. So I facing the similar problems in my phone where I tired through that handset and I return a handset back to the dealer. If all these option not accessible then just go to the Nokia care center for the further help so many of the user get the better solution from the service center yeah there is issue of that you want to wait for some time, and they will help to solve out I think there will some hardware issue.

The handset is unusable there is some problem; or else users will start moving to the various platforms & companies who gives tough competition to Nokia. Still I am myself thinking of that that used Nokia since childhood. Sometimes it hangs up while talk with that phone because of the proximity sensor’s performing of switching the screen on-off. I'd suggest Nokia to international bulk recall of this unusable box & save its reputation

When I bought a Nokia C6 with the latest software, while I am using this phone I got so many problems to use these phones. My phone is continuous hangup. I need to keep on my switch off frequently, and also when I keep my phone idle for some time after then it will be hang up notable use the phone it become hang the phone. When I press the menu key, unlock key... Not anything will be happens

The screen which is not just for appear and remain black…and the final option to start a phone is to remove the phone battery and then re put the battery. I have been restored the company setting once, as advised by the Nokia Dealer. But the problem remains, today also I've done the exercised of taking out battery and putting it back 8 (eight) times......!!!! And the same thing happens when I end a call.... Looks like my money is wasted.

I bought my new phone C6-00 on the 9th of Oct and am really disappointed with it. It has the similar problem face that others are describing here. It’s like it goes to a sleep mode and does not wake up at all without taking out the battery. When today and I spent my entire 2 months’ salary on purchasing this mobile along with a 16GB card and I really feel cheated. I always though Nokia stood for quality and assurance.

My b’day is ruined anyways I am worrying about the entire phone C6-00 I wasted my money on this handset for nothing. Now I'm just waiting to see what steps did the Nokia takes and how quickly you work to solve our problems and to really see if "Nokia Cares" about its customers they will be solved fast.

With your help and with the help from my local colleagues in India it seems like that we should be able to track the root cause quite quickly. In any case, I'll keep you updated on progress of this case. I should get some more concrete details and some kind of estimate for the fix in 1-2 days max.
