nokia C6 -01 restarts frequently

Hello, I had bought a new c6-01 and was using it from past 2 months. My problem is my mobile get restart again and again maybe it happens 5 times in a day. I had shown my mobile in the nokia care they said you’re having the problem in the firmware so you need to update it and they have done it but I still face the same problem. Does anyone know what maybe the cause of the problem and any solution for it?

Even I was facing the same issue with nokia c6-01. It gets reboot when I use ovi map or Google map in my mobile. My friends told me maybe it is due trying to access GPS and you’re not connected to the GPS. I some version there is option to switch off the GPS if you have disable the GPS then try to enable it by going to enable my location and it will enable it. Hope this will going to help you a lot and if your problem still persists then I would recommend you to go to nokia care again and complaint about it .

Hello, you are facing the problem may be due to installing of an third party software and if you had not installed any third party software then it may be due to GPS or WLAN which may cause the mobile to restart . I would recommend you to contact with nokia care and if you still face the same problem again and again they will surely made a replacement so it’s better to go there rather than trying some tricks on it and getting more trouble with it.

Hello , my problem is most probably same like you my phone get restart whenever I try to navigate any application on it I was not able to use any application my phone. I had report this issue in authorized service center of nokia they had restored all the setting and updated my firmware but I still face the same problem and I want to ask whether push mail synch on time. Please suggest me if there is any solution to my problem I will be very much thank full to you.

I had bought the two c6-01 mobile and I’m having the problem with one of them its get restart which happens for more than 4 times in an hour. My phones firmware is originated from central European whose version is 012.006 my problem is whenever I click on whether in ovi map my mobile get freeze and gets restarted later after waiting for an internet connection. Even the same problem persist when I click open a virtual keyboard or close any application. Please suggest me how to solve the problem.

Hello, I was also facing the same problem so I had given it in the nokia care. I had just took my mobile back and I had checked all the things but my problem doesn’t persist and I got a note from them saying that they had change the board 84s which give an new IMEI . If you still face the problem then I recommend you to get your bored replaced by the nokia care and it will defiantly solve your problem and this is only the solution for it.
