How to backup data without encryption in IPAD ?

Hi, I own a apple IPAD really I am having nightmare with the device and its all the features as without my knowledge iTunes has automatically encrypted my previously made backups, which is actually not expected though.

Because I was thinking to create new backups which are unencrypted so that I can recover any data from the device without entering the password, I know encryption is the way to secure the data, but who the hell want that, thus is there any way through we can tell the ITunes to not to encrypt the data further whenever I make backups.

Any suggestions?

I this is very awful condition you are in, because you might not have the password even isn’t it ? but I think there must be some way through which you can recover the password if you want the data from the backup. But I think there should be some option in the security section to disable this you should check that at least I am not sure about this actually.

Yeah you are right as there is a option but still I can’t select it as it is shown grayed so we cannot make any changes to it, what can I do now?

Found a solution and this is what i did you can follow this in order to disable the encryption through the iTunes.

First of all you have to created a backup on your computer, doesn't matter if it is with password protected or not, just ensure that you are not loosing something

After that connect your iPAD to different computer and open itunes.
Sync the IPAD, and after that you can see on this computer as in itunes the security option will not be marked.

after that reconnect IPAD to your computer the option won’t be grayed out anymore and it is also not selected.

I don’t know whether you have heard about this or not but there is a utility called Elcomsoft Password Breaker for the Iphone but I am sure that it will run with the Ipad as well, so you can make use of that to get the password and I am not sure whether we can avoid the Itunes to encrypt the backup but till that you can make use of this utility for sure. As the extent to I know there should be some option to check and uncheck the option in Itunes but if suppose you are not getting that you can have option to install Itunes again in your PC and have a fresh start.
