Getting distorted sound from nokia E6 speaker

In my Nokia E6 mobile phone I am facing one annoying issue. From past few days whenever I play any songs from my mobile phone at that time I am getting distorted sound. I have tried to solve this issue by trying so many tricks but after doing that also I am not able to solve this issue. If anyone facing this problem and have solutions for this then please help me. Any help will be appreciated.

I have referred your above post and after looking at your post first I will suggest you to check whether you are getting this problem while playing any particular files only or you are facing this problem with all the kind of music files in your mobile phone. Some to if we transfer any song which have bad sound quality at that time also this type of problem can take place and that is the reason why I am suggesting you this solution I hope this will be helpful for you.

You have to also check by inserting the headphone in your mobile and after that check whether you are getting the same problem or not. If you are getting the same problem after inserting the headphone also then there is nothing wrong with your mobile phone speaker but problem something else and if you didn’t get any issue after connecting headphone with your mobile phone then problem is with your Nokia E6 speaker.

After reading your above replies I have checked my Nokia E6 mobile by trying some different song files in but I get the same problem with my mobile phone. Now after that I have connected my headphone with my mobile phone and then when I tried to play the music files at that time I get the proper output. Is there anything wrong with my mobile speakers? In my mobile some time I am not able to see some music files in music player but when I check it from file manager at that time I can see that. Please reply me as soon as possible.

You can solve music files issue by trying this solution. First you have to move all the files from your mobile to your laptop or computer and after that you have to take the backup of all your data in your laptop or computer and then you have to reset the mobile and after that copy all the things back to the mobile phone and after that check whether same problem get soled or not. As far as your speaker concern for that you have to visit the Nokia service center.

I will also suggest you top visit the Nokia service center and after that you have to tell about that distorted sound issue In your mobile phone and after that they will check your mobile phone. If your mobile phone is under warranty then you will get all the services at free of cost. In my mobile I was facing the same issue and after that I have also visited service center and my problem gets solved easily.

After reading your solution I have take the backup of all my data and after that I have done the restore factory setting in my Nokia E6 mobile phone and after that I am not facing any problem with music file but that speaker problem is still irritating me. Now I am going to give my mobile phone in Nokia service center and hopefully there I will get the proper solution. Thank you so much for helping me.
