screen of Nokia C6 goes blank and then it restarts.

Recently I have purchased a new nokia C6 mobile phone for myself. It was working absolutely fine until two days ago. I had pressed the Wi-Fi sign at the main screen just to connect to the internet but the screen of the phone went off and the phone got restarted. My photos and videos kind of things have not been affected. Now without pressing or doing anything the Wi-Fi starts and pops a message " Internet: unable to connect, try again”. I am unable to connect to the internet using Wi-Fi. What do I do? Please tell me how can I fix it?

Well I think the problem is related with the mobile I would recommend you to take the phone to the nearest nokia service center and ask the nokia people to help you out. They might keep the phone with them for few days and give it back. They will make sure that your data’s not lost from the phone. Visit the official nokia website and search regarding your problem. Try hard resetting. You can hard reset your mobile in following ways.
1. First switch off your mobile phone.
2. Now press green key, "*" key and "3" key until your mobile phone gets switched on.
Hope the problem goes off. Now try to connect the internet using the Wi-Fi. Hope it connects now without giving any error also there s no screen problem. Hope this helps.

Have you tried upgrading your mobile with a new version? If not, then I think you must upgrade your mobile to overcome this problem. Download the latest firmware or updates available for your phone from the internet. After downloading it to your PC, try to install it to your phone. Just connect your mobile to the computer and upgrade your mobile using Nokia PC suite. After this if you still have the same problem then contact nokia service center to overcome this problem.

You must try to upgrade the firmware of your router. You need to check what type of encryption is being used on the WLAN. Make sure that you update the firmware. I think this way your problem will get solved. Also you must try to match the date and time of the router and your phone. I hope this will fix your problem. It could be something with the Wi-Fi.
