Unable to switch on Intel Pro Wireless Adapter in Fujitsu Siemens Amilo pro v3505

Hello friends I am using Fujitsu Siemens Amilo pro v3505 laptop in which I have recently installed windows vista operating system. Almost all the things worked fine after installing the windows vista in my laptop. Now whenever I try to turn on the wireless in my laptop by using the shortcut key at that time nothing happens. Please tell me is this problem is related to the driver in my laptop or this problem is related to the hardware? Please reply me as soon as possible.

Well according to me you should first check in your device manager you have to check that whether network adapter is enabled or not. If you get any exclamation mark on your network adapter then it means this problem is related to the network drivers and if you want to solve this issue then you have to first reinstall the wireless drivers in your laptop and after that check whether you are able to use the wireless in your laptop or not?

As far as I know if you have not installed Launch Manager in your laptop after installing the windows vista then you will not be able to start the WIFI by using the start up key. First you have to install the Launch Manager in your Fujitsu Siemens Amilo pro v3505 laptop and after that you have to check whether you are able to start the WIFI from the shortcut keys or not. I think after installing the launch manager your all the problems will get solved easily.

I really appreciate your all the help which you have provided. After reading your above post I have installed launch manager in my laptop and after that when I tried to start the switch on the Intel Pro Wireless Adapter in my laptop at that time it worked perfectly. Now after turning on the WIFI when I try to connect to the router at that time I am not able to establish the connection with my router. If anyone experiencing the similar problem then let me know.

As you have mentioned in your post that you are not able to establish the connection between your laptop and router then I think you have to first check that whether you have connected your router with your modem properly or not? You have to also check that whether you have connected LAN cable in properly or not and also make sure that you are using the correct password and correct network name. After confirming all the thing s try to connect your laptop with your router again and after that see whether it makes any difference or not?

If you are not able to connect the router with your laptop then you should check your laptop with other router and after that see that whether you are getting the same problem with other router also or not? if you are able to connect your Fujitsu Siemens Amilo pro v3505 laptop then I think there might be some things wrong with your router and if you get the same problem with other router also then I think you need to check the laptop setting again.

With other router if your laptop is working properly then it means there is nothing wrong with your laptop but main problem is with your router. You can solve this issue by resetting the router. You can reset the router by pressing the reset button which you can find behind your router. Now after pressing the reset button you have to do the entire configuration again and after that check whether all the things are working properly or not?
