Cannot boot from SSD in Asus Eee PC 901

In my Asus Eee PC 901 laptop I have 12GB SSD and my laptop was working fine. From last few days I am facing one annoying issue with my laptop. Now whenever I start my laptop at that time I can enter in to the BIOS and after that I get the blank screen with blinking cursor. Now I am not able to start my laptop. Please tell me what I should do to get rid of this issue. Is there anything wrong with my laptop SSD? Please reply me as soon as possible.

It looks like there might be something wrong with your SSD and I think you should first remove your SSD and after that place it properly in your laptop. now after placing the SSD In your laptop you have to check your BIOS setting is proper or not. Now after checking all the setting restart the laptop and then check whether your problem gets solved or not. I think this trick will help you to fix this is issue.

If you cannot boot from your laptop SSD then I think you should first try to boot your laptop in safe mode and after that check whether you are getting the same problem. If you are able to start the laptop from safe mode then first take any external driver and connect it with your laptop and then copy all your important data in your external drive. Now after doing that you have to insert your operating system bootable CD and after that install the operating system again and make sure you create new partition. Now after doing that copy all the data from your external hard disk to your laptop and after doing that you will not face any issue with your laptop.

Thank you for giving me all the suggestion. After reading your above posts have tried to fix this issue by removing my SSD from my laptop and after that putting it back in my system. No w after that I have also check my BIOS setting and all the setting were proper, but after that also I was not able to start my laptop. Now after that I have also tried to boot from safe mode but I am not able to boot from safe-mode also. Now please give me solution to fix this.

I would like to suggest you that you should try to start your laptop by booting it from any other SSD or external hard disk. If you have any external hard disk then try to boot from that and after that check whether you are getting the same problem or not. When you connect any external drive that time you have to restart the laptop after connecting your external driver and select it as a first boot device. if this trick doesn’t work the try to solve this issue by updating the BIOS.

If you are facing the same issue even after updating the BIOS then there might be something wrong with your SSD or any other part of the laptop and I think you should contact to Asus service center and after that you have to tell your problem. Now after doing that they will give you solution for this and if any part is damaged then they will repair your laptop. I hope this information will be helpful to you. After trying so many solution also I was facing the same issue with my laptop and my SSD and after that I have tried to solve this issue by updating my laptop BIOS. First I downloaded BIOS update from internet and after that I have made bootable DVD. Now with the help of that bootable DVD I have done BIOS update and after that when I have tried to start the laptop booting from my SSD at that time it didn’t gave me any problem.
