Getting black screen on hp pavilion dv7 1035eo laptop

I want a bit help in fixing the black screen issue on HP Pavilion DV7 1035EO. I got a driver update on my pc. I installed that after that the entire video is black. I am not able to do anything in it. I am able to see the welcome screen but after that there is a full black screen. I am unable to do anything to fix this thing. Can anyone help me to get rid of this problem. I hope there will be some way to fix it.

You will have to restore the old drivers back to fix the problem. For that just boot your system in Safe Mode. In that you have to run system restore. Choose a old date to restore the settings and click on next. This will take some time and you will get your old system working fine back again. Once it is done you just have to avoid any new updates. It looks that it is not compatible due to which you are getting the error.

Whenever you are trying to update a new drivers windows backup the old one. So if you face issue you can restore that through Device Manager. I got black screen issue when my Windows Explorer was crashing constantly. I was unable to get the desktop. I started explorer.exe by pressing windows + r. It worked. So you can also try that. If explorer appears then there is a different problem. Try system restore that will surely help.
