Unable to prevent CPU throttling for Asus F8SN notebook

Hi, yesterday I had upgraded the windows 7 operating system on the Asus F8SN notebook. Then it gives the CPU throttling trouble in the notebook. This might be occurred because of the OS up gradations. I don’t know the main reason but this happens in the notebook. I had try to install the driver of the chipset but it can’t install. Need some help for solving this kind of issues which is occurred in the laptop? Any type of help will be appreciates.

I also faced the similar kind of issue and I don’t know the exact reason behind this issue. Then I check the setting of the laptop in the control panel but there is nothing change in this control panel. Then I try to restore that setting but this will not helpful to solve the trouble. Then finally I had format the whole hard disk. Then I installed the fresh windows 7 operating system. it helps me a lot to solve this kind of issue.
