Nokia N8 camera auto-focus not functioning

I just got a trouble with my Nokia N8's camera. It appears that the auto-focus does not function by any means. This trouble applies for videos and motionless pictures. It did work however one time. But someway not any longer and I did not alter anything correlated to settings and neither did I update or setup any software. I previously had to rearrange the phone to factory defaults one time since the "key lock button" declined to lock my phone while I slided it. This works now, but after that again, the camera seem to be broken. If anyone has any idea about this than, please help me.

I meet the similar trouble while today I used the camera at first time. I can just utilize the "virtual shutter" on the touch screen. The physical shutter does not live the camera, neither catch picture. Actually this is the 4th N8 which I have changed. The first 3 had the trouble with the AV connector; thus I could not manage the volume by the headphone. I am from annoyed to a little angry to Nokia N8.

I had similar crises with my Nokia N8 camera; it's not spotting either photo form or video form. I purchased it just 3 weeks ago. But 3 to 4 times its work devoid of any trouble now it's too bad photo blur and not clear. My earlier phone Nokia N73 not at all had trouble similar to this, that 3.2 MP camera photos are superior to this Nokia N8 12MP photos. Please anyone knows how to solve this trouble?

I also have Nokia N8 with a terrible focus and white shades in the picture. The performance one autofocus’s on semi-press, but the other doesn't respond to semi-pressing by any means. The good one takes amazing pictures, the other one is bad than my old Nokia E70. I just tried the whole thing, all settings ok, no silicone or plastic, and so forth. At a standstill haven’t tried resetting the complete phone though, but I guess they will do that at the service workshop.

The physical shutters on my Nokia N8 occasionally worked, sometimes didn’t, and after that blocked functioning by any means so I could just utilize the Touchscreen shutter icon. Now my camera won't even switch on in any way by touching the physical shutter, the button is completely dead. To utilize the camera now I have to discover it in my applications and unlock it that way, by means of all touch screen functions. I've had the phone for a month and discover this very unsatisfactory indeed, having had an old Nokia N95 from over 4 years before that's at a standstill going strong!

I too have difficulty with focusing. My camera was functioning well for last 2 month. Now its lens seems to wedged at a macro focus place. In auto mode, for objects beyond 50 cm, half pressing of the camera button all the time show red squire symbol on the screen and photo is blurred at all times. I have attempted "restore factory settings" switch off - on phone, but no fortune. To add, flash is functioning correctly and focus assist light is as well behaving in general.
