Asus 1015PN causing low sound

Guys I am making use of this Asus 1015PN, notebook for quite some time now and all of the features and the specs are equally very good till date, the only problem that I have started to face for sometime now is that the when I would start any movie or songs on it, I get a very low sound as compared to what I was getting earlier. Is this a hardware problem or is it something else, please help me to know that what should I do to get the sound the ways it was earlier.

Hey dude which media player you are using for playing the media? What I think that there could be some kind of a wrong settings that might have been occurred with this notebook and due to this you are unable to get the sound out from the speaker even if you have kept the sound at maximum level. So my first suggestion would be to go into the audio settings of this player and then see if you can get to do anything which increases the sound.

Hey what I think is that if you are not able to get the sound to the maximum even after changing the settings of this media player then what I would suggest is that you should look to reinstall a new version of whatever media player that you were previously using and see if you can get the sound from over there. There could be possibility that the media player might be corrupted and that is the reason why you are unable to get the desired sound.

Try to reinstall the sound driver that you are having for the motherboard of your laptop and then see if it could make some kind of a changes with the output of the sound. Since it could be possible that the driver could be responsible for not letting the audio output to come out properly. So install a fresh copy of the driver and see if it helps to solve the sound problem.

Dude is that you are getting low sound while making use of the media player to play the movies or the songs or is it that even if you play the videos that are there on youtube then also you are getting low sound, if this is the case then it could be possible that the speaker of the laptop might have got damaged and due to which you are not getting the desired sound that you would mostly want to hear from it, and for this you will have to get it repaired from some engineer.
