    Satellite M305-S4910 recovery help

I have to remove the hard disk and hard reset the same because it went something wrong when I tried to have the recovery. Now the thing here is that I am not able to get anything on my system and don’t know why. Actually I purchased the recovery disk from the Toshiba officials and I have inserted the disk and then later on followed all the steps which were mentioned there. But I was really unable to make out anything because in the initial phase only the system freeze and then the laptops screen was turned black. Now I am unable to do anything here so please help me in this case and let me know what I can do to solve the issue.

Why you have no elaborate much, so forgive me if there is anything wrong in the solution. With a recovery disk in the Time CD / DVD in the system. While the Toshiba logo is on the screen, press "F12." You must enter a small menu with the arrow keys up / down select "CD / DVD or optical disc drive 'and press' Enter'. Then you should see a line of text that says" Press any key to boot from CD / DVD. ... What points in the final will be the countdown. Before you finish counting points down, press any key, and your system should boot from the disc.

Well according to me one more thing that will help you solve your issue but you need to just try and Turn your unit, unplug the AC adapter from the computer, remove the battery, press and hold the power button for 30 seconds, replace the battery, connect the AC adapter to the computer, turn on the computer F2 press when you see the Toshiba logo to enter the BIOS Setup, press F9 to load the default settings, F10 to save and exit. On the restart, F12 press and try to boot from CD / DVD on a new disc, following my instructions above.

Well it seems to me that the problem that you are facing is due to the disk which you have inserted and on your system and then try to run it. So now what you have to do here is that try and contact the officials of the Toshiba and there you have to place a complaint saying that the problem which was faced by you during the process. And I am sure they will trouble soot the issue and will give you the exact solution on the same and also will replace the CD is the problem is associated with the same.
