Nokia E5 cannot start while opening video gallery

Hello friends, I am purchase the Nokia E5. I am using this phone from the last seven months and I it was working fine for me till today morning. But after morning at what time I tried to open video gallery then it immediately shuts off regularly. I tried to switch on, but could not start it. I removed and inserting again the battery of my phone but this try also failed. Can you please tell me what is wrong with that and how I can come out to this problem? I am very thankful of them.

It may be possible because of the memory card getting used with the mobile phone. I am not very sure about that, but this also one of the strong possibilities for this. To confirm that just open the phone and take out the memory card from phone. And try to turn it on with no memory card. If you get that then it is fix the problem is among the memory card. I think it is hardware or you can say that any inner part of phone’s problem. I would like to tell you I had the same problem with my nokia E5 around 15 week ago. And when I went to cell shop then the seller told me the problem have with inner part of my mobile phone and then I replaced the faulty part of my handset and now it work fine as per my experience. I would like to tell you have to go with this. And show your mobile to any well repairer and I am sure they would solve your problem.
