From your information it seems that there is some problem in your mobile's Memory card. It may get corrupted or get damaged and that's why you are getting such type of problem. In this case you have to first check whether memory card is working or not. Try to use your mobile without memeory card. If you didn't get any problem then it means that your mobile's memory card is faulty one and it has to be replace to fix this problem.

It seems that there is some problem in your mobile's software. It may get corrupted or get damaged and that's why you are getting such type of problem. In this case you have to upgrade your mobile to fix this problem. If you don't know how to upgrade your mobile then use following steps.
    • First take back up of your mobile.
    • Now unlock your mobile.
    • Now type *#0000# and look out for new update.
    • Now download and install new updates in your mobile.
    • Now again restore your mobile.

After this you will not get any error.

I think your mobile's memory card is become write protected and that's why you are getting such type of error message. When your memory card become write protected, you will not able to add, remove or edit anything from your mobile's memory card. In this case you have to buy new memory card to get rid out of this problem.

I also had the same problem. I tried various method, but none of them worked out. Then one of my friend said me to perform hard reset process. After performing Hard reset my mobile is working fine now. I think you also perform this process to get rid out of this problem. Just press "*" key, "3" key, Dial key and turn on key simultaneously until mobile turn on.
After this you will not get any problem.
