Cannot configure the Mailbox in Nokia C7

Friends, I am using the Nokia C7 phone and I am having some problem with the gmail mailbox. I am not able to configure the mailbox for Nokia C7 mobile. Even if I am giving the proper email ID and password then also it is showing me the error message that says "Service temporarily unavailable. Try again later." Not I am totally helpless and cannot understand that what to do next. So I am leaving the question here for you that how this issue can be solved. If you have any idea or any suggestion for this then please tell me that. I will be really thankful to all the replies.

There may be some problem with the email account that you are trying to configure the mailbox. To check that you can try to login with some other email ID and see if that is getting configured properly. If that is not showing you any problem then it will confirm that the problem is with the account that you are using for that. I don’t know the solution for that but there is one way if you prefer. Just create one another account and try to use that.

Get acquainted through the email widget lying on your home screen. Above post is very correct and you will be able to do that with the above given procedure. Here, I just want to give you a tip that if you need to delete a single email message then you have to long press on that and choose a email topic that you wish to delete. Now tap and hold the topic and this will remove that. I know that this is not the solution but you can take it as a tip for that.

You can try to do the factory reset of the phone. To do that you have to go to the phone settings and there you will see one of the options as Restore Factory Settings. Select that option and this will ask you for the security code. If you have not changed the code then provide the code as 12345 which is default code. If you have changed the code then provide the changed one. Press OK button and that will start doing rest of the things. Once it is finished with that then the phone will be restarted. Now try to configure the phone again and see if that can solve the issue or not.
