Nokia C5 problem with creating new mailbox

I am having an issue with the setting of the Gmail mailbox on the Nokia C5. When i am creating the mailbox with the same it connected to the Gmail and shows up the empty mailbox and after that again redirect to the setting screen. I have tried a lot but nothing is working for me. So if you can then please let me know about the same. Thanks in advance.

I think this issue is related to the Nokia Messaging Password. I have searched on the Internet and found that most of the user of the Nokia C5 are getting the same issue. The solution for the problem is that you should download and install the latest version of the Nokia OVI store that might resolve the issue.

If you wanted to get this thing working then i will advise you to update the firmware of the Nokia C5 which might resolved with the same. If the problem is related to the firmware then the update for same will solve the problem with email. So if you like then go through the same and find that it is working for you or not.

I will only advise you to contact the Nokia store regarding the issue which you are getting. If you are under the warranty period and unable to resolve the issue they will replace the faulty phone of yours. And they will not charge anything of you are in warranty period. I hope that this will help you with the same.

I can only advise you is to perform the hard reset on the phone. As when i am unable to solve the problem of mine then i only perform the hard reset and the issue related to the Nokia phone mine got resolve automatically. I don't know you find it logical or not but this is what i do with the device of mine.

I have gone through the same problem and searched a lot for the same on Google and contacted the Nokia but nothing worked for me. Finally i come to know that this is the bug related to the firmware of the Nokia and can be resoled in the next release of the Firmware. So i am also expecting for the new release of the Nokia firmware.

First of thanks for the help that is given by all of you given regarding the issue of mine and let me tell you that i have tried each step but nothing is working for me. I have contacted the Nokia but they are also unable to help me. Now i am waiting for the new firmware which might be having the solution for this issue.
