MSI CX 620 Laptop gets diagonal lines on Screen

Please tell me why i am getting diagonal lines on my MSI CX 620 Screen i have been using this laptop for about last 8 months and yesterday night i have installed some application from a website and right after the installation my system is not booting. Want to know the reason behind these diagonal lines. is there anything to do with the application which i installed on my laptop.

The problem clearly indicates that drivers are corrupted and so you need to reinstall the drivers on your system once again. If the reinstallation does not resolves the issue then i think atlast you will have to get the operating system resintalled on your laptop because all the systemt files are corrupted in such a manner that the files cannot be repaired.

My friend has an HP laptop, which is almost exactly a year old. A few days ago he was still running fine. Then she turned on him and the screen is blank.
