According to my knowledge I think this problem is for the hardware devices. Either for the motherboard or the RAM that you are using. Because I had the similar issue, after that I searched everywhere for the solution of the hardware issue of my machine. Almost everywhere I found that either over clock the machine hardware or contact with the manufacturer. I don’t having any such idea on over clocking process. But with the help of my friend I remove the motherboard and Ram from my machine and leave them separate for few minute and then again replace them according to desire place. Any by this simple process the problem is solved. So I suggest you to go for this process, this will also might be helping you to overcome from the problem that you are facing. One thing remembers that, though you are using a laptop. So to remove hardware device from the machine is very case sensitive. So be about this process while you will go through this.

As per my opinion about this problem I think, the issue might be for the windows platform that you are using in your machine. Because one of my friends had the similar issue in his Dell laptop. After that he did the solution by himself. First of all he charged the machine for few minutes and then able to start the machine, this time there is no problem with the startup. Now after searching the cause of that problem he found that, the problem is for the windows version that he was using. He simply insert the windows installation disk and proceed to the windows repair option, after this process., the problem is solved. Now there is no problem with the startup.

I would like to suggest you to reinstall the motherboard with the CPU and the heatsink. Because one of my cousin brother was also facing this similar issue, where as his problem was if the machine starts then will not turns off till he remove the battery from his laptop. And then it will not start again. He research about this problem in different web sites, but did not found any such information regarding this problem. Then after consulting with a technical person he got this trick to solve this issue, he applied and the problem is solved. So suggest you to go through this process, it will hopefully help you. Install your motherboard with the CPU and the heatsink. I think this one is only the best solution to overcome from the problem. Try this.

I also think that the problem should be for the hardware, so according to me, try with a simple process. Remove the RAM from you r machine and then try to start the machine. If it starts then be sure that the problem is for the hardware in your machine, that means the RAM is corrupted, I told you this because once I had the a similar issue in my machine, I thought that the problem is for windows platform. Somehow I start my machine and did the windows repair process, but this one does not help me. After that one of my suggest me this process, and it works. Now there no problem. I changed my RAM. So you also make sure that RAM of your machine is working fine, and nothing is happened with it, if there is any problem in your RAM you will found then I think there is no other way to rectify this process. Instead of replace this one with the other one. Along with that also make sure that the CPU is working perfectly, sometimes I found that for the huge heat in CPU, this type of problem might be arrives. So make sure that you are running correct program according to the requirements, the cooling fan also plays a very important over there.
