My Nokia e71 camera problem

I have a Nokia mobile. The model no of this mobile is E71. There is a problem in my mobile. Whenever I want to open camara in my device but it is not opening. A message appear on my desplay that camara module is not ready.I have not any idea about camara module. by this error I can not able to use my camara. If you have any solution please help me by which my camara module gets ready.

So if you update your mobile's software you will solve your problem. if you want to update your mobile's software contact with your nearest service center.
