Camera problem in Nokia E-71

I am using a new Nokia E-71 phone and really happy with its features, but except the camera feature. Whenever i go the camera option and opens it, i get an error message as "Camera in use by another application". Since last two weeks i have noticed that there is a camera problem in my Nokia E-71 and still i have not got any solution. So can anyone give me the helpful suggestions. Please do help.

Well, i can't say whether this will work or not but you can try and let's hope for the best. You just try to change the camera settings to 1mb then try zoom to near about 50% to 80% and take a shot within this range. Then switch it off and after few seconds switch it on, and go to the camera option and see whether your camera works or not.

You just check whether the applications (barcode,scanner) are working or not. If no applications are running then, use the barcode scanner. So, if it works now then there must be a problem with your mobile software. Try to reinstall the software.

Have you checked your mobile for viruses/threats. Because this kind of problem appears mainly due to hardware or software failure or virus problem. If there is a virus problem in your handset then try to remove those threats and if it is due to the hardware or software problem, then visit your nearby service center and ask them to re-install the software. Now also if your camera is not working then check your phone memory, because sometimes it hangs due to overload of data in phone memory you need to keep at most few MB space free.
