Graphic card for Lenovo Y450 laptop

I use a Lenovo Y450 laptop and it is been installed with Windows 7. The problem is that I have installed Assassins Creed 2 game on my system and it needs graphic card. I want to add extra graphic card in order to make the game playable. I have no idea what to do. Is it possible to add extra graphic card to the device. Please let me know. It would be better.
