Creation of HDD Recovery Disc A305-S6898

Hello, recently I have bought the Toshiba Satellite A305-6898 Laptop in my home. Then I update the Windows Vista and Norton 360. And for the security purpose, I want to create a Hard Drive Recovery Disk from the Recovery Media application, but I am not able to do that. I have created the Toshiba Application and Drivers DVD without any problem. But, now I want to create the Hard Drive Recovery Disk. If you are having any advice for it, then please provide that to me.

Hey, I am also having the same problem. I have tried to search this on internet, but won't find any solution. As I have bought the laptop from the Toshiba with the Reconditioned state, when I check the recovery media from my laptop, I come to know that the recovery media contains only Application Disc Creator and as it is not having any application for the Hard Drive Recovery, I would not able to do that. If you are having any solution for that, then please provide that to me. Is there any solution from which I will able to solve my problem of the hard drive recovery application.

Hello, I don't think that this is the problem. As you can simply make use of the any of the application for taking the backup of your hard drive. I am having Acronis True Image software application and it will simply create a clone of your hard drive. So, you can take backup as an when you are needed it. I am using it for the each month. As If my Hard Drive fails due to the any problem, then I will only loose the data, for only one month. So, if you want to get the solution for your problem, then you can simply make use of it.
