Sony VAIO FE-35S Booting problem

I am having the Sony VAIO FE-35S laptop and this laptop has stopped working unexpectedly. the laptop is not booting up. The power indicator is displaying the green light as usual but the laptop is not starting. The fan of the system is not running. and there is nothing on the screen of the laptop.
Please help in solving this problem.
