Iphone overwrites the desktop application

Hello to all,
My uncle gifted me new iphone. I don't know very much about it. Last night I connect my iphone to itunes and when I disconnect it, I found that my iphone overwrites all the application from desktop. Is there any way to make them sync again? Please help me.

I think you must use "Reset Sync History" feature of itunes. You can do this by resetting your computer's sync history. After this your computer thought that it is synchronize for first time, And it asked you to replace information with iphone. Now synchronize iphone with itunes as normal. Now you can find that your all overwrites application are gone.

You can not recover those overwritten application from iphone. If those deleted application are available on your computer, then only you can recover those application. You can do this by synchronizing with iphone. Another option is, you can download it from apple store.
