Touch pad not working of iball 1512 laptop

Hello friends, I Bought the iBall laptop two years ago. The product number or the model number of my laptop is iBall 1512. But now i am getting problem with this laptop. The Touch pad of the laptop is not working. I am using Windows XP operating system with this laptop. How can i deal with this problem? Provide me the solution for this problem.

You have the iBall 1512 laptop and the Touch pad of this laptop is not working. The reason for this problem can be the driver problem. It is possible that you have not installed the driver for the touch pad of your laptop. Install the driver for your Touch pad from the driver CD of your laptop delivered with the laptop in the package. Insert the driver CD in the CD ROM and select and install the Touch pad driver. If you dont have the driver CD with you then you can download the driver software for the touch pad from the website of the iBall company.

If the Touch pad is not working after reinstalling the driver. Then this can be the problem of the Touch pad. First see that that touch pad is shown in the Hardware Devices of the laptop or not. If it is not shown in the Hardware devices of the laptop then the touch pad of your laptop is not working. And if it is available in the Hardware devices connected to the system then you should repair the touch pad of your laptop.
