Can I switch the firmware of the NM3 Neonumeric because their supplier does not wants to send me the firmware. They told me to ask other detention to take one in their MP4.

In this case you have an original CD that allows you to reinstall the original firmware.
The golden rule: Never up-grade or change without a backup

The CD does not contain the firmware and the backup was lost because of a hard drive!
