How to make Liquid cooling effective

Hello,

I've had my liquid cooling system for quite awhile now and I'm thinking whether should i upgrade some of the components or to try Liquid cooling tips. I'm also looking for some suggestions since its been awhile for some solid, budget components.

Basically, for some reason, my system just isn't keeping my new phenom cool enough.so please provide me some cooling Tips.

Tips for installing a liquid-cooling system

1. Don't even think of installing liquid cooling in your system with the PC components in the case. Remove all PC components from the case except for the power supply. If you're using a permanent-install kit, that's all the more reason to start with a bare system.
   
2. Install the cooling system and make sure to plumb the hoses to the correct length.
   
3. Test the system, turning it on with no components installed -- just the cooling system. If you have a leak, you'll be able to soak up the water and fix the leak without having to buy new components. Let it run overnight. Move the hoses around. Try to make it fail. You want to find any problems now.
   
4. No leaks? Install all of your components. Start everything back up and make sure it's still running well.

If you are feeling that your CPU cover is getting very hot and liquid cooling is not much help to that then for normal cooling you may simply remove the cabinet cover let its heat get vaporize directly into the air, you may also check for the different liquid cooling solution which will help to reduce your computer temperature.

I am not much aware about the Liquid cooling system but i provided information here as per my knowledge.
