we can not really know your limits her, everyone is different . better it is that you test frequency may amount may up the limit.
See if you have all the latest and best drivers for your video card ATI's website
want to overclock an ATI graphics card you can use: ATITool
overclock a graphics card can make it unstable. To see if your overclock is stable download : 3DMark
Some starting knowledge
Increase the frequency of your GPU type 25 MHz and 50 MHz memory type. If your overclock is stable, increase about 5 to 10 MHz. If it is unstable after rising 5 to 10 MHz, switch to the frequency that your overclock was stable and just increase the frequency of your GPU memory or whether the volatility comes from your GPU or memory. If the instability comes from the GPU, set the frequency that your overclock your GPU was stable and increase of ten 5 to 10 MHz frequency of your memory. If overclock your memory is still stable, further increases of 5 to 10 MHz and so on.
To overclock my Geforce 4 TI 4800 SE, which is 275 MHz to 550 MHz GPU and I have made the frequency of a Geforce 4 TI 4800 because the Geforce 4 TI 4800 SE is a version of a Geforce 4 TI 4800. The GPU a Geforce 4 TI 4800 is 300 MHz and 650 MHz memory. I did a stability test with 3DMark and it was stable. Then I overclocked the GPU at 325 MHz and 675 MHz memory and it was stable. Then I increased the frequency of the GPU and memory of 5 MHz and it was unstable. If I increase slightly the frequency of GPU or memory is unstable.
