Notebook Cannot Get A Web Address

we have a problem, my girlfriends acer notebook will not let her go to forever21 site, she can get it on her pc , but not on her notebook. she has a windows xp 3 . can anyone help..thx

The problem that the system or notebook is not able to get access to the site that you have mentioned may be due to an antivirus application. You need to Suspend the Anti-Virus and Firewall. If you are running an external software firewall or anti-virus program (like Norton, ZoneAlarm, etc), exit and restart the web browser. So do check out for the thing and then make the implementation well for getting sort of the same. It will be better.
