May be a virus or malicious program which is the main cause behind this problem if you want to delete this application you will have to get rid of this virus first before getting it resolved. eScan antivirus program is one of the best antivirus application which will help you to delete this anvitirus there by allowing you to delete the jpeg file.

Follow the below mentioned steps in order to get rid of this application

    • Create a new folder on your desktop
    • Move the jpeg file which you cannot delete in the folder.
    • Right click and delete the folder.
    • If this fails then rename the folder and try to delete it again.

Sounds like this jpeg file is being used by another applcation or program and that is the reason why you are not able to delete this jpeg file from your system. Open the task manager and then click the process tab and then end all the processes which may be using the jpeg file . Finally try to delete the jpeg file this time it should be deleted

Have you tried the Unlocker program if not yet then you must give it a try the jpeg file may have been locked. use the unlocker application to unlock the file. You need to install the unlocker application and then right click on the jpeg file and then select unlock this will unlock the jpeg file. After the unlocking you can delete it.
