burning rocovered data's from recovery drive

i have HP HDX X16T-1200 CTO Premium Notebook PC and few days ago by mistake format'd the recovery drive...and the recovery disks were also scratched, so i used a 3rd party application "anyreader" and recovered all the data which was on the dvd.
now, if i burn those dvds, will they work the same way as they did before..??
i.e they'll be bootable or not... and if not, then how to use that recovered data and make them bootable?

The data that is been recovered may actually work out that is it may be able to process but there may be some issues related to it. As the data which was corrupt is actually filled by the software by making a clone of the bits. There may be some issue with the quality of the same.
