Hello, If you want to use the Palm T3 to hotsync in Windows 7's XP Mode window then you need to perform the task below after performing the installation of the Palm Desktop 4.1.4e there with Hotsync set to "Local USB":
    • Simply click on the hotsync button on the cradle.
    • Now you need to move to the USB menu and click on it.
    • Here you will be displayed that the "Palm Handheld - Attach".
    • Click on it and your hotsync should start.
    • You need to do this each and every time.

Hey, I think you must need to make use of the new setup for your Palm Device and then simply install it on your computer. If you make use of the new software application then you will able to get the solution for your problem. If you make use of the palm device software then you will able to get solved for your problem. As it will simply provide the coordination between the palm device and your computer and you will able to get solved your problem.
