You can also take the advantage of the Registry to enable the inactive Icon tray that you are looking for. The Registry Editor will make the change according to your need. So just open the Registry Editor Window and the navigate to the 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Explorer' Now right Click on that and make a new DWORD entry and enter value of that as one and you are done.

Hey, I also come with this issue which disable the Inactive icon tray. When i am getting this kind of problem then i am logged off the account and then logged in again to work with the same. But some time when this also does not work for me then i am simply give a restart to the PC and it started working again so i am suggesting you the same as playing with the Registry key is not safe.

Hey Thanks, I have tried the Log off and log in method but that does not work for me so i have one option left to work with the registry editor so if you will explain me how to achieve the same in detail the it will be easier for me to make the changes that you have discussed about for the Inactive Icon tray. i hope to get the solution of the same.
