Error: 000101F4 True Image v11 and SATA compatibility

Hello, i have downloaded True Image v11.0 and installed it When I try to create a bootable CD with Acronis 11, the Program Cannot find the sata HDD.and this Error Message appears: (Error: 000101F4). can you tell me what is the problem and how to solve it ,thanks in advance

Drives are not recognized on certain Nvidia controllers when operating in IDE mode. Switch to Enhanced Mode in BIOS to resolve the issue The Linux kernel used in Acronis products does not support the listed controllers.

Acronis Bootable Media does not detect drives on the following Nvidia controllers if they are operating in IDE mode:

• MCP73 IDE, PCI ID 10de:07
• MCP78S [GeForce 8200] SATA Controller, PCI ID 10de:0ad0

Switch the operating mode of the controller to Enhanced Mode in BIOS.

To my knowledge True Image 11 works very well with SATA drives (I use it without problem). There may be a problem with the rescue CD can not recognize certain SATA adapters!! Verify that your CD rescue work properly.

I am with the Home version 11, and I can guarantee you that there is no problem with SATA HDD! The backup and restore normally happens either in Windows or console mode but ... With the rescue cd, I have not tried it yet.
