    IPSEC client in Fedora Core

I want to configure IPSEC client in Fedora Core. I have a cisco asa and i want to establish a VPN connection. I don't know anything about cisco devices. I tried RTFM but didn't understand a word... I already have the asa running and accepting VPN connections I hope you guys can help me configure it...I have installed racoon and also installed ipsec-tools. I just need to VPN to an ip address and PSK. No username and password to use... Can anyone help me? Or if there is any error can you guide me? Thanks!

Well, first see if your ASA device is compatible with what you need to achieve. See the cisco help page : http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/secu...atibility.html.

First verify that your Fedora has all the packages installed correctly. Use this command at console :
    Code:
    rpm -V ipsec-tools
It you get no output, the packages are properly installed.

If you don't have the ipsec tools you can download it from here. Install it and try again. If you get any error, post back...
