    How do I get into CMOS Settings?

    Hi,

    I am having trouble getting to the CMOS settings in Windows XP. Pressing delete does not work. How do you get there with this operating system. When I turn on my computer how do I get into my CMOS settings. I have tried many commands such as [] but none of them work. I can get a list to appear pressing [] that list the hardware in my computerwhats the keys I use and at what point as the computer is starting up?Thanks for you help.

    To enter the CMOS by pressing one of the below five keys during the boot. Usually one of the three Keys.

    * F1
    * F2
    * DEL
    * ESC
    * F10

    The BIOS can normally be accessed when you start your computer. It depends on the BIOS on your motherboard on to how it is accessed, usually the most common ways are to press del or the F1 key. At the Dell Window I hit CTRL-ALT-Enter.
