Download the file comdlg32.ocxand extract the comdlg32.ocx to your the Windows\System32 folder. Then go to start and ten run and type regsvr32 \windows\system32\COMDLG32.OCX and windows will fix the problem. The message comes DllRegisterServer succeeded in C:\Windows\System32\comdlg32.ocx.If you are getting an error telling you that the file is missing, then you are not typing the command in correctly. You will need to type it in exactly as as shown above for your operating system.

When you extract that file give path C:/windows/system32 which will create Comdlg32.ocx file in windows system folder. Now clcik on start menu go to Run and type regsvr32 %Systemroot%\System32\comdlg32.ocx. After that you will see the the problem is solve.
