How to export file from the iTune Library to MACBOOK?

I am having a Apple MacBook Pro iOS x 10.5.8. I was also having the Compaq laptop which is now getting very slow. I have the iTune library of the Apple device, which is installed in my new computer. I recently transfer some of the file like the video and photo from my Maxtor One Touch to the Macbook Pro laptop. The music player is having the Two 100 G capacity. It recently format the NTFS. While I transfer g the music file into my MAC I found some of the error message regarding the transfer of the file, it says that the file cannot transfer in to the machine. I gives me the option to format the FAT 32 drive while I tried for the migrate the music file of the Maxtor One Touch. Is it required for the transfer of the file? Also while I connect the Maxtor to the Mac it responds nothing, why is this happens? Is there any other way to transfer the file? Any information regarding the issue will be appreciated…

In the iTune application under the machine, you go to the Preferences under the Edit menu option of the window. Then go to the ‘Advanced’ tab and then go to the ‘General’ tab. Make sure that the option in the machine like the ‘Keep iTunes Music folder organized’ and ‘Copy files to iTunes Music folder when adding to library’ is enable in the advanced setting window. Locate for the option which is named as the ‘iTunes Music folder location’, click on OK or SAVE, to save the changes that you made ion the advanced setting window. Select the ‘Consolidate Library’ under the ‘Advanced’ menu option of the preferences. This option will work for the all file of the device to make them in the same directory of the machine for the easy transfer the file. Now open the iTune application in your machine and make user that the option which I mentioned above is enable with the other preferred options.

Copy the music file across the application, in your machine you just go to the folder which is named as the ‘iTunes Music’, copy the entire file under the folder of the device. This will help you to access the file into your MAC with the simple way. You can also able to transfer all the file either in the hard drive f the machine or you can share the file or the folder throughout the network if you are using the network service. This will done in the direct way to share the file in the network without any of the error while sharing or transfer the file. Look for the ‘iTunes Library.itl’ on your machine where you install the software application for the iTune. Copy the file across the to your Mac’s ‘iTunes’ folder. If you found that file is named as the ‘iTunes Library’ or the ‘iTunes Music Library.xml’ then make sure you get the right file with the correct folder. Delete the ‘iTunes Library’ from your MAC laptop and also remove the existing .itl file and replace it with the newly created ‘iTunes Library.itl’ file into the ‘iTunes Library’ in your MAC laptop. I hope this will help you to overcome of the problem.

If you are trying to move the file from the music player to the MAC laptop then along with that you should also move the iTunes library. This will move by the help of the iTunes application that you are using for the music player. Generally the iTunes 9 and the 8 version will consolidate the music file that you trying, this will help in the single transferable of the iTunes library of the application. This should be the easiest way to transfer any type of the file from the Music player to the MAC computer or the windows computer.

According to my opinion, I think that you should have to make sure that the iTunes application which is installed in your computer is compatible to transfer the file that you wish to play in your machine. If there is any problem regarding the iTunes application then download the latest version from the internet and configure it into your computer. Also recommend you to maintain folder structure of the both MAC and PC from where you wish to transfer the file as your choice. To check that you just simply open the iTunes ap0plication in your computer. Go to the advanced option under the preference of the window, sure that the application in both the devices are enable the option named as the "Keep iTunes Music Folder Organized”. You just go through the process this will help you.
